*SERVICE AND LABOR*

Service and Labor are billed at $25.00 per staff member, per hour. Estimate 1 staff member per 50 guests plus 1 meat slicer. See final proposal for labor cost

All Full Service Catering Packages include:

Up to 1.5 hour Buffet-style Service with Meat Slicer
Buffet Set up (one hour) and Breakdown (one hour) includes cleaning of Catering and Prep areas
Chafers, Buffet Equipment, Serving Utensils, Disposable Plates, Napkins and Flatware
Tables and Linens provided
