*SERVICE*

Service is billed by the hour. It is a minimum of 1 meat slicer and 2 servers for 50 guests. 
See final proposal for staff recommendation based on your number of guests and needs.

All Full Service Catering Packages include:

Buffet set up (one hour); buffet style service (one hour minimum); breakdown (one hour);
including all buffet equipment, disposable plates, napkins, forks, and cleanup
